When will it leave?

Our commitment  is to ship out products between 24-48 hours of placement of the orders. This applies to orders placed during business days Monday to Friday and not weekends. Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. While orders placed on Fridays may be booked/shipped by us on Friday or Saturday, the courier will only accept packages but not ship it out till Monday. 

What is the Standard mode of shipping?

We will use Canada Post, who in turn will get to rely on USPS in the US and their corresponding postal sister organizations of each country for internal deliveries. We believe this to be the most economical and viable method of reaching  your artkrti to you, without you having to 'break the piggy bank' on courier charges. Wherever we promise Free Standard Shipping, we mean this Standard Canada Post method. 
Expedited Shipping: If however, you do need this overnight or urgently for an occasion, do contact us [yourhost@artikrti.com] and we can work out the best way to do that and get your approval on the extra costs involved. We promise to revert on your queries with the same sense of urgency.
We will take utmost care in packing your artikrti properly. 
And all of this is written with a spirit of respect for you as a partner contributing to Artikrti's wellbeing. Hence, if you would like any modus operandi which is different, please explain your need to us and we hope to be able to address that need. Ultimately, we are consumers too and therefore commit to dealing with every request the way we ourselves would expect & like to be treated.

 

Returns

No worries- we accept returns of faulty or incorrect items.

• Please email yourhost@artikrti.com, quoting order number, stating reason for return soon after receipt
• Returns will need to be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order
• Return shipping cost to be borne by you. Shipping charges, if any, paid by you is not refundable
• Safe return of product is your responsibility. Hence, please ensure the item is packed well to avoid any damage in transit
• Product must be unused and must be in the same new condition that you received it, with original tags and original packaging
• Our intent is to honor all returns but we need to inspect the product upon return. If found faulty or unusable or damaged, we will be forced to decline the return
• Please ensure that you get shipping insurance or use a trackable shipping service and obtain a proof of dispatch. Unfortunately, we are not responsible if the product does not reach us
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or if we have a problem with it and cannot honour the return
• If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days of our notification.
